A maximum of two Category C credit hours has been approved by the Kentucky Board of Dentistry for dentists and dental hygienists who complete required program materials. The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners has approved this offering for two CE contact hours (#0311367). This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint-sponsorship of the Kentucky Medical Association and Kentucky Cancer Program. The Kentucky Medical Association is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Kentucky Medical Association designates this continuing medical education activity for a maximum of two credit hours in Category 1 of the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each participant should claim only those hours of credit actually spent in the educational activity.
