Dress in Blue is part of the KCP Targeted Colon Cancer Outreach Program (T-CCOP), a statewide education and outreach campaign to spread the word about the importance of colon cancer screening. KCP is working with District Cancer Councils, local and state partners to accomplish the following goals:

increase knowledge about colon cancer risks and screening

increase colon cancer screening rates

improve the stage at which new colon cancers are diagnosed
