Cooper/Clayton Materials Order Form

The Cooper/Clayton Kits includes the facilitator guide, 24 participant books, a training DVD or VHS tape, and a classroom DVD or VHS tape. These items also may be purchased separately. For people who cannot or prefer not to participate in a class, there is a Cooper/Clayton Self-Help Kit, which includes one classroom DVD and one participant book.
